Nelson-Jameson
Nelson-Jameson (Marshfield, WI), a single-source distributor for food, dairy and beverage processing plants, opened its fifth U.S. distribution center in January in the south-central Idaho town of Jerome, ID.
Built to support the company’s year-over-year growth and strategic reach across the U.S., the Jerome facility is located at 2423 South Garfield Street, Jerome, ID 83338.
Jerome 20/20 is proud to have supported the entire project since its inception in 2018.
Northbridge Junction
Northbridge Junction, an industrial subdivision, is located just north of the Flying J Truck Plaza on U. S. Highway 93 adjacent to the I-84 interchange – Exit 173 in Jerome County, ID. Utah based IronVista Development Group, is the developer on the project. Investor, Chris McKay, has worked with Jerome 20/20 over the past four years as these project have developed.
True West Beef
True West Beef, a division of Idaho-based Agri Beef, connected with Jerome 20/20 in the early summer of 2020. Agri Beef had spent some time searching for the ideal place to build a large beef processing plant. Jerome, with its solid cattle industry and qualified workforce, appeared to be a natural fit.
Scoular
Scoular is an international corporation with $5 billion in annual sales. The company has had a livestock feed ingredients facility in the Jerome area for a number of years to support the local dairy industry, but wanted to find a location for a 15,000-square-foot facility to manufacture barley protein concentrate.
